hey dr. frank!hey! good morning! thank you for talking to us.oh it's great. i'm sure you've seen the photos of renee zellwegeron the red carpet this past week. no kidding, i didn't recognize her.so a lot of people are asking if there's something that she had done there. i know that renee'sresponse was that this is just what she looks like in her 40's. but the question is, froman expert's opinion, what do you think's going on there?well you know, i've read things that are crazy. people saying, oh she had a facelift and thisand a forehead lift and all that other stuff, and i bet you not. i think that we haven'tseen her in a long time, she's reached sort
of a critical age, early 40's, where yourface changes a lot. and i think she's just grown older but i think she's had somethingreally minor done. i think she had her upper eyelids done, which were her most characteristictrait, and combined with facial aging where as you grow older, your face thins out a littlebit, a woman's face gets thinner and longer as you grow older, and i think the combinationof just that's the way she looks, and a little minor procedure on the most unique part ofher body, and she looks totally different. but she looks beautiful, and she's happy,so like, who cares? so it really was just a minor procedure.i think so. if you look at her pictures from about five years ago, she had a really heavyupper eyelid, and that was her most characteristic
trait and it looked like she was even havingtrouble seeing, her eyelids were so low, and that's an - for her, i think it was an inheritedcondition. i really think she had trouble seeing. but when you think of renee zellweger, that's what you thought about, you thought of that narrow eye and a really full cheek.well the full cheek goes down naturally as you grow older and that really narrow eyewas getting so low that i think that it was interfering with her vision and i think shedidn't like it and so that little minor thing, having an upper lid bleph, i think that madeall the difference for her. although i will say that you guys are verypolite and i clearly was looking at different pictures than you because she looks terrible.really?
well, that's because you fell in love withthe old face, though. maybe that's what it is! but it just lookedto me like she got caught on the red carpet and didn't do her face, cause i looked ata where they did a celebrity airbrushing makeover online, and she looked just like the old renee,so it really seemed as if they'd, if they just put makeup on she'd look better.i think about being a celebrity and how horrible it is because you know, we sit, you know, they're in a movie and they're not seen for four or five years and then they come outand people say, "oh my god, you look so different, what did you do?" and you know, if we lookedat ourselves like four or five years later, we'd probably look terrible as well.i think dr. frank is, and mad dog and maura,
sending everybody back to bed.hey that's it, baby! to put the covers up over our heads! i don'twanna go out, people are gonna look at me! i'm horrible!or, go visit your plastic surgeon, one or the other.one of those will work. so listen, thank you for breaking that down for us because it reallyturned out to be something fairly simple. hey, super fun.if you want to get more on dr. frank, you can just check out theplasticsurgeryclinic.com,and just get more on dr. frank lista, he's right here in toronto and mississauga too!
