tumescent liposuction

tumescent liposuction

i think a woman should never be completely satisfied with herself, because it is essential to have that driving force to improve. with me, it’s my tummy, hips and some other minor issues. my friends and people around me tell me there is no reasonto be dissatisfied, that they like it. but, i believe that everyone should be mainly happy with themselves. other people’s opinions are secondary. before i came here with my tummy and my hips, i obviously exercised.

although i don’t have much time at work, i try to live actively. so, i run and cycle.nothing specifically for the hips. of course, i lost weight, but the hips and tummy remained. it bothers me mostly because of clothing. if a woman, any woman, puts on a pair of trousers and it bulges and spills out all over the place, and then she looks at fashion magazines and catwalks and sees these beautiful bodies

and her own rolls of fat, well, it’s simply not pleasant. the difference between lunchtime liposuction and classic liposuction lies in several aspects. the key aspect is that lunchtime liposuction does not require any postoperative stay. that means the patient arrives, the procedure is performed, and after a short while, the patient simply goes home. the disadvantage is that it’s recommended to only target small areas.

that means we can treat hips orinner or outer thighs. if the patient wished to target more areas it would be better to perform classic lipo under general anesthesia. during lunchtime liposuction, we typically use a xylocaine solution, which has a specific dosing system. if we used a larger volume than is recommended, it could of course happen that the patient would overdose. this is why it is essential to calculate the exact dosage based on weight for each individual procedure.

we are getting ready to insert the port, which we will use to apply the tumescent solution. it is 1% mesocaine, an anesthetic, which works almost instantly. then we will make a small 5mm incision, which we will use to insert the cannula. i will press and insert once more. -is it ok?-yes. -is this good?-yeah.

you may feel it when i change direction. you will feel as if someone placed a stone on your back once it is all filled. now we are ready for the liposuction itself. the advantage of vibration assisted lipo is that it partially substitutes the surgeon’s work, because it vibrates. as you can see, the tip is vibrating. this is why the mechanical part is faster and also gentler. there is less movement necessary.

i will give it a go, ok? -how is it for you? -ok, for now. -can you feel anything?-no. so far we have treated one hip, and we have approximately 450 ml of pure fat, which is about the average amount that we usually get during this type of procedure. i will do the other side now, ok? you can see the incisions are minimal.

they are 5 mm incisions, which will close up themselves. directly after you removeyour clothing at home, you will not see the effect, because it takes some time for the tumescent solution to absorb. on the fifth or sixth day, you will noticeyour own swelling the most, not just from the tumescent solution. the swelling should gradually subside within two to three weeks. but the final results can be seen in only a month or two. i feel good now, as if nothing had been done.

i just want to lie down somewhere. there is no pain at all now. but i feel chubbier than when i came. how was it? really nice at the beginning. we were laughing, but then there was a bit of pain. but it’s manageable. my surgeon was really excellent. whenever something hurt, he stopped and started somewhere else. it is not completely painless, but it’s not unbearable. i went to work the next day.

i didn’t have any problems. perhaps only when bending down. the pain is like when you burn yourself of have an abrasion. i didn’t use any painkillers. nothing for the pain.it was really no problem. the postoperative status is good, given that it’s only been three weeks. there is definitely still swelling, gradually resorbing hematoma, which can be seen here where it’s hardening around the hips. i have to say thatthe results were quickly visible. during the first week, i could see a radical change in that

it was all nice and smooth. within a fortnight, the results were just perfect. i am very happy with the results. it will still subside. we will see the final procedure results in about two to three months. it still has to settle. the scarwill also eventually fade away, and the swelling will totally subside.but, that’s a more long-term issue.
